Since the opening of our plant in Etowah, TN it has been under the guidance of lab manager, Joe DeBlock. Unlike the rest of our managers, Joe had another life before NDT. Joe served in the Air Force for 10 years. He is a veteran of the first gulf war, Desert Shield and later Desert Storm. The Air Force gave Joe his training and the fact is, he can fix anything. He started as a mechanic fixing gas and diesel engines. He moved into hydraulics and pneumatics. At the end of his career he was responsible for the repair and maintenance of military electronics, radio and satellite communication. Joe joined InspecTech in 1997.
